The introductory trial costs $1.98 for 7 days. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically continues at $9.98 per month until canceled. If your paid or trial access ends, your dynamic QR codes will stop redirecting to their saved destinations.
1. Agreement to These Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a trial or subscription, accessing QRGeneratorPro, or using any QRGeneratorPro service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are using QRGeneratorPro on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Our Service
QRGeneratorPro provides tools for creating and managing dynamic QR codes. A dynamic QR code points to a QRGeneratorPro-controlled redirect URL, which may then redirect scanners to a destination you specify.
Features may include QR code creation, destination editing, downloading, scan analytics, account management, and other functionality we make available from time to time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity occurring through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.
4. Trial, Subscription, and Automatic Renewal
Introductory Trial
The current introductory offer is $1.98 for the first 7 days. Your payment method is charged $1.98 when you begin the trial.
Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial period, your subscription automatically converts to the Basic monthly plan at $9.98 per month. The subscription then continues to renew monthly until canceled.
Changes to Pricing
We may change subscription pricing or available plans in the future. Any pricing change applicable to an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law before it takes effect.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the Billing section of your account and the billing-management tools made available there.
Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current trial or paid billing period. You may continue using paid features through that date.
When your subscription or trial access ends, your dynamic QR codes will stop redirecting to the destinations you configured. People who scan those codes may instead see an inactive-code or inactive-account page.
Canceling does not automatically remove or destroy previously printed QR codes. However, because those QR codes rely on QRGeneratorPro's redirect service, they may no longer function as intended after your account access ends.
6. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize the applicable charges associated with the plan you select.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, provide a limited grace period, restrict account features, or suspend QR redirection until the account returns to good standing.
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
7. QR Code Availability
QRGeneratorPro is designed to provide ongoing dynamic QR redirection while an account is eligible for service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency changes that temporarily affect access.
Because dynamic QR codes depend on QRGeneratorPro's systems, you should not use the service where a QR code must remain permanently functional regardless of account status or service availability.
8. Your Content and Destination URLs
You retain ownership of the content and destination URLs you submit to QRGeneratorPro. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, and redirect to that content in order to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your QR codes and destinations do not:
- violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization;
- contain malware, phishing, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful content;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- promote unlawful products, services, or activities; or
- interfere with or abuse QRGeneratorPro's systems.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these Terms, to facilitate fraud or abuse, to create security risk, or if required by law.
Suspension or termination may cause your QR codes to stop redirecting.
10. Scan Analytics
QRGeneratorPro may record technical information about QR-code scans in order to provide analytics, operate the service, detect abuse, and improve performance. Available analytics may change over time and should not be treated as guaranteed, audited measurements.
11. Intellectual Property
QRGeneratorPro, its software, design, trademarks, branding, and related service materials are owned by QRGeneratorPro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not give you ownership of our software, trademarks, branding, or other proprietary materials.
12. Third-Party Services
QRGeneratorPro may rely on third-party providers for services such as payment processing, hosting, email delivery, analytics, or infrastructure. Your use of some functionality may also be subject to the terms or policies of those third parties.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRGeneratorPro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use.
You are responsible for verifying QR code functionality before printing, distributing, publishing, or otherwise relying on a QR code in production.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QRGeneratorPro and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to QRGeneratorPro during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the service, by email, or by another reasonable method. Your continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the operator of QRGeneratorPro, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Before publishing these Terms, you should have legal counsel insert the appropriate legal entity, governing-law jurisdiction, venue, and any required dispute-resolution language for your business.
